About The McNary Brothers Company

James and Joe McNary use the name McNary Brothers Company for hobbies of theirs they like to refer to as businesses.

The original McNary Brothers dates to the 1970s and was based on the old McNary Family Farm one mile south of Hamilton, Missouri on Highway 13. It was operated by Paul and Robert (Bob) McNary, father of the two above, with their primary activity being electrical work.

The current McNary Brothers dates to 1995, when brothers James, John and Joe McNary decided to go into business together mowing lawns. At one time they also had beef cattle, The Maple Grove-Dudenville Gazette and The Jasper News-Gazette, and fresh produce operations.

The cattle and mowing operations were split off in 2003 when John McNary elected to leave the group.

The McNary Brothers Company of today is composed of Dudenville Ventures and McNary Bros. Contract Services Operations, continuing a family tradition of rural service and ingenuity dating back more than 100 years.
